5つ目は、行動に一貫性があるということ。言ったことをやるとか、自分にコミットするみたいな。これは今日やるって言ったらそのままスッスッスッとなんの雑念をわかずに実行する。別に感情は一切見せない。自分が決定したことだし別に迷いはない。もうバシッとずっと突っ立ってる。
最後6つ目は、チャレンジ、挑戦できること。攻めの姿勢で これっていうのは例えばイメージできる人としたらどんな人か。アスリートとかはそうだと思うが。アスリートは常にチャレンジする。いいお手本みたいな 猿山のボスが攻めていったからみんな行かないといかんみたいな感じで挑戦するっていう、その攻めの姿勢を見せてあげる、背中を見せるってこと。模範を示す、危険なところに「いや、大丈夫だぞ、おまえら」みたいな。居心地のいいコンフォートゾーンっていうところの外に積極的に行くみたいな。
この6つがすべて揃うとこれはもうすごい男ですよね。やっぱりそれこそ、今、別に戦争あるわけじゃないんですけど、海軍の演習とかでなくても、会社とかスポーツ業界でも、こういう人が 1 人いるだけもう一気にスター性がでるよね。白鵬とかものすごい横綱っぷりをしてるけど。
